GOLDLAW, a personal injury law firm, is seeking an in-house Call Center Sales Manager to lead its growing team of Intake Specialists.

This position is NOT a remote role. The manager leads and guides our intake team to achieve client acquisition targets and drive business growth. It involves strategizing, planning, and executing sales (KPIs) initiatives and collaborating with our marketing department.

This position requires sales team leadership, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes. The manager ensures the conversion rate from qualified leads who become new clients remains high and that meeting monthly and quarterly targets are met.

Salary begins at $75,000 and up, depending on experience. The manager is eligible for annual bonus based on meeting a set of achievement metrics.

Responsibilities;

  • Manage our Legal Intake team to ensure high productivity.
  • Oversee training conducted by the Intake Lead to achieve improvement in team performance.
  • Train, coach, and develop the team through constructive feedback, direction, and coaching.
  • Conduct performance reviews.
  • Communicate department initiatives, goals and metrics to the team.
  • Regularly assess and report on team KPIs to company leadership.
  • Monitor team and system performance, identify, and resolve issues, prepare and complete action plans, audit files to catch and prevent errors; and handle overall process improvement.
  • Train team to build trust and show empathy with prospective clients.
  • Monitor team workflow to ensure adequate phone coverage during peak hours.
  • Track, analyze, and report on outbound and inbound case referrals with other law firms.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:.

  • AMAZING PHONE ETIQUETTE AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
  • 3 years+ sales management experience.
  • 3 years+ call center experience or phone sales.
  • Experienced in coaching team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Expert at using a project management system to prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
  • Analytical mindset to derive insights from business data.
  • Expert at using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Experienced in creating sales and call center processes and resolving issues.
  • Excellent communicator with great judgment, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Law firm experience is a plus.
