- You will outline vacation hours allowed, create rules/bidding schedule in system and monitor vacation bidding process. In addition, you will develop and deliver metric and performance reports so managers can manage staff and make necessary adjustments.
- You will gather data from various sources or teams across the enterprise to calculate outputs for the appropriate audiences while analyzing the data to assess productivity and recommend courses of action. In addition, you will propose resource utilization solutions such as performance gains or changes to call or transaction processes.
- You will troubleshoot call center/processing technology, including routing or workforce optimization technology issues.
- You will identify, recommend, and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence the team and quality.
- You must be available to work until 8:00pm EST several days a month, one day a week minimum, to monitor the call center (volume, queues, skill set, etc.).
