Responsibilities

As a successful campaign strategy planner, you’ll be part of a team of marketing professionals with a keen understanding of strategic campaign inputs including consumer insights and preferences, the competitive landscape, industry trends as you develop campaign briefs as well as monitor and evaluate performance against business and campaign objectives. You may expect to:

  • Serve as the primary strategic expert throughout the campaign development process collaborating closely with cross-functional campaign team members
  • Partner with Marketing Development Strategists to create & enhance strategies
  • Turn the strategy and objectives into executable action plans
  • Collaborate with team members to evaluate campaign performance, proactively identify opportunities and encourage innovative and diverse perspectives
  • Identify test and learn opportunities within campaign efforts
  • Bachelor degree preferred in Marketing or related field
  • Brand strategist experience a plus

Qualifications

Remote: Qualified candidates (outside of hub locations listed below) may be considered for 100% remote work arrangements based on where a candidate currently resides or is currently located.

Hybrid: Qualified candidates (in or near hub locations listed below) should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment.

Hub Locations: Dunwoody, GA; Richardson, TX; Tempe, AZ; Bloomington, IL

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, New York City, and Washington (state) candidates: Salary Range: $71,008.60 – $113,746.75 (geographic difference may apply.) | Potential Yearly Incentive Pay: 0-12% of base pay
