Job Summary
Molina Healthcare’s Compliance team supports compliance operations for all Molina product lines enterprise wide. It is a centralized corporate function supporting compliance activities at individual state health plans.
Reporting to the AVP of CAP and Audit Oversight, the CAP Analyst is responsible for the development and administration of Corrective actions and leading efforts to ensure that the required actions are implemented and effective at remediating the issue(s) of non-compliance.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Manage each Corrective action as assigned.
- Manage and track the progress of Corrective actions to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Review and analyze each Corrective actions root cause to ensure accurate root cause analysis of each issue.
- Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders (business areas, compliance officers et. al.) to ensure all parties involved in the remediation of each corrective action are aware and understand their role in completing a corrective action timely and accurately.
- Utilize Molina’s Compliance Central to manage all work related to Corrective actions.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education
BA/BS/BC degree Healthcare Administration or minimum equivalent employment experience of 4+ years, Health Care or related field required.
Required Experience
4 years’ experience in health care industry in related field desired.
Preferred Education
BA/BS/BC Healthcare Administration
Preferred Experience
4 years’ experience in health care industry in related field desired
Pay Range: $45,930 – $88,511 a year*
*Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
