Citi’s Chief Operating Office is comprised of the Resource Management Organization, Enterprise Resiliency, Global Program Management Office, Chief Information Officer Council Governance, Enterprise Tools & Reporting, and the Chiefs of Staff teams. The Citi Program Management Council (CPMC) is responsible for setting the strategic direction of Program and Project Management Governance at Citi through the establishment of, and monitoring compliance to, the Citi Program and Project Management Policy and Standard.
Reporting to the PM Governance & Capabilities Lead, the role of the CPMC Capabilities Manager includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Responsibilities:
- Community Management – manage the PM, BA, and Agile communities consisting of 30,000+ individuals, help to drive learning, collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Maintain and Expand Citi Annual PM Mandatory Training Program in line with requirements of Citi Program & Project Management Policy (CPPMP) and Citi Program & Project Management Standard (CPPMS) including training and annual goals communication
- PM and BA Mentoring Program – plan and execute annual mentoring program
- Administer PM, BA and Agile Training Roadmaps – Work with third party training partners in coordination, scheduling and financial recovery of training roadmaps
- CPMC Capabilities Reporting – provide leadership in reporting of Capabilities data including Training Requirement Progress Reports, PM Assignment Criteria and Budget/Forecasting
- Communication and Marketing Oversight – Conduct knowledge sharing (Best Practices) and learning events and forums including PM Awareness Week, PM/BA Newsletter, emails, Citi’s Collaborate sites or other
- Consent Order – serve as PM Capabilities SME and lead supporting Article XII.1.e RBCMs
- Support regulatory exams and internal audits
- Consults on Citi PM Collaboration / SharePoint / Intranet
- Facilitates interaction between the CPMC and other related groups
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience, including 5-7+ years’ managerial experience
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master’s degree
- Demonstrated track record having worked with training and skills development of resources, preferably in Program or Project Manager
- Demonstrated track record having worked with third party vendors
- Knowledge of the Citi PM Policy and PM Standards or the equivalent, and knowledge of the interaction with industry level standards desirable.
- PMP Certification recommended.
- Experience in partnering across virtual teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions.
