Anthology’s Global Demand and Digital Marketing team is a center of excellence that shepherds the revenue funnel through these functional areas: Global Demand Gen, Campaign Management, Marketing Automation, Paid Media, ABM, Demand Operations, and Marketing Analytics. This team works in a dynamic, collaborative, strategic environment, interlocking with other members of the Global Marketing, Product Marketing, Client Retention, and Sales organizations.
As Digital Marketing Intern on this team, you will support the global demand, campaigns, and operations functions.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to global ABM campaign development
- Partnering with team leads on demand, campaign, and operations projects
- Managing global content engagement hub strategy
- Supporting marketing analytics projects
Learning & Development:
The internship will provide a learning and development experience in the following areas:
- Account-based marketing strategies in diverse global regions
- Digital marketing ecosystem strategy, setup, and maintenance
- Marketing automation technology
- Paid digital media
- Intent marketing strategies for B2B
- Global campaign strategy
The Candidate:
Required skills/qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree (at the time of the internship) in Marketing or related business field
- Demonstrated strength in analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated exceptional communication skills
- Solid business understanding – or ability and willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and multi-task in a highly dynamic environment
Preferred skills/qualifications:
- Background in marketing/communications, digital marketing, as well as with education-related technologies
- Prior experience working in a professional setting

Starting rate is $20.60/hour depending upon experience. We use national and industry-specific survey data to assist in determining compensation. Additionally, we consider factors such as external market rate, budget for the role, and the compensation rates of current employees performing the same function. Some roles will have variable pay.
