$1000 HIRING BONUS!CCS/NW is currently offering a $1000 hiring bonus to fill this Care Coordinator position, until position is filled.
Hiring Bonus Criteria:
This one-time bonus will be paid (in 2 parts) in the following manner:
- $500.00 (taxable) after successful completion of the first 30 days of employment as an introductory period employee
- $500.00 (taxable) on the first paycheck as a regular employee following the successful completion of the 90 day introductory period (including any applicable extensions)
Part-time Flex position – (minimum of 20-37.5 hours per week. This is a new Snohomish Co. position that we would like to start out as part time and eventually work up to full time.) starting at $24.32 – $25.54/hr. (D.O.E) with COMPETITIVE BENEFITS INCLUDING:

Compensation is set by agreed to language in the Collective Bargaining Agreement between CCSNW & SEIU 1199NW and determined based on experience.
Provides telehealth and in person support to Children and Families. Positions can include some remote work following the successful completion of the 90-day introductory period.
Position Description:
Incumbent is in a professional position providing intensive, community-based therapeutic services to children, youth and families with serious mental health needs. Incumbent will utilize evidenced based tools to increase safety, stabilize placement and support individuals/families in meeting their identified needs by identifying a team of natural and formal supports. Incumbent will provide direct services to identified CMH clients focused on crisis planning, care planning and stabilization.

Qualifications
MINIMUMS:
- BA degree in social sciences, psychology, mental health or related field.
- 1-year direct experience with youth and/or families in a structured professional setting.
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
- Must provide proof of acceptable driving record (Driver’s Abstract-Full Record).
- Ability and willingness to obtain WA State Agency Affiliate Counselor Certification.
- Demonstrates the necessary attitudes, knowledge and skills to deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in multi-cultural situations.
- Support and uphold the mission, beliefs and values of Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services.
- Support and contribute to a creative, collaborative and respectful environment that promotes teamwork.
- Criminal History Background Checks are required prior to employment.
PREFERRED:
- Two years or more experience in children’s mental health.
