Care Delivery Partner Contract Manager

In addition to using your interpersonal skills to manage the relationships with our care delivery partners you will be responsible for drafting contracts, overseeing the agreement and amendment process, and acting as an escalation point for any Care Delivery Partner-related issues. You can expect to work closely with various teams, ensuring exceptional customer service for both internal and external clients while meeting contracting deadlines.

Compensation Range: $110,000 – $130,000, please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.

What You Will Be Doing:

Contract Management and Negotiation:

  • Initiating, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with digital health companies for care delivery services.
  • Managing and supporting the agreement and amendment request and preparation processes.
  • Coordinating appropriate business and legal review/response of negotiated documents.
  • Ensuring that all contracts with Care Delivery partners are compliant with company policies and regulations

Care Partnership Development and Strategy:

  • Developing and executing a long-term partner strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals.
  • Identifying and recruiting care delivery partners based on network needs.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to digital health companies.
  • Providing regular updates to senior leadership on the performance of Care Delivery partners and new developments in the digital health space.

Operational Improvement and Efficiency:

  • Facilitating the design, development, and implementation of new care delivery partners and/or operational controls, performance metrics, and business processes.
  • Analyzing and communicating the financial impact of contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates to providers.
  • Managing budgets related to Care Delivery partner contracts and ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Improving internal Playbooks, including key processes around customer engagement, quality, onboarding, and vendor operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, sales, or customer service in the healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience working with partner organizations preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
