What will you be doing in your role?

  • You will help Case Managers assess areas for personal and professional growthand create a higher degree of self-awareness.
  • You will collaborate with the case managers in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
  • You will continuously improve services, programs, and the department by identifying areas of growth, potential barriers, faulty assumptions and/or new opportunities.
  • You will work to capitalize on opportunities identify solutions and execute changes while sensitively providing staff transparency and time to process.
  • You will foster an environment of shared accountability, proactive collaboration and constructive communication.
  • You will regularly meet with your program manager and colleagues as a group and individually to discuss progress towards goals, expectations, and performance.
  • You will manage both short- and long-term projects, completing them on time.
  • You will build relationships with staff and leadership.
  • You will coach, train, and empower staff in best practices for working with clients, as well as create an environment of accountability and evaluation, by setting and monitoring goals set by case managers, supervisors, program managers and directors.

Are you the next Case Management Coach?

  • Master’s degree in counseling psychology or related required.
  • LPC, LMSW, or LCSW preferred.
  • Skilled in teaching 1:1 and in large groups.
  • Expertise in Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based practices.
  • 3-5 years ofClinical Experience.
