Responsibilities:
- Participate in room set up (ie. Setting buffets, linens, china, glassware, flatware, chaffing dishes, and other catering vehicles.)/breakdown.
- Serve and clear food and beverages quietly, professionally, and quickly using proper catering techniques.
- Set up and serve bar banquet packages
- Reports to Banquet Captain and Catering Manager for miscellaneous tasks.
- Promotes and provides extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answers questions and offers information in a courteous manner. Seeks to provide assistance to guests.

- Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies are upheld.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years older
- Minimum of 3 Years Food and Beverage Experience
The pay rate for this role is $25.00.
