Key Functions
- Provide confident, efficient, and complete care as outlined in the resident’s individual care plan.
- Provide for residents’ personal hygiene and daily living. This may include providing and clearing bedpans and urinals, providing baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves, and assisting residents with showers.
- Record accurate vital signs, weights, and timely and accurate food intake in the resident’s chart.
- Recognize and respect residents’abilities.
- Assist residents in meaningful ways during leisuretimes.
Licenses & Certifications Required:
- Certified Nursing Assistant in the Commonwealth of Virginia
