We are currently seeking a Change Management Analyst to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).
Job Summary:
NTT DATA is looking for a Change Management Analyst for a large Global Federal Customer. The Change Management Analyst participates on a 4 person change management team that ensures changes are reviewed and managed to ensure the lowest possible risk to the environment.
Job Duties:
- Participate in daily internal and customer meetings as required.
- Ensure that all changes are reviewed for completeness, accuracy, and follow the documented process to avoid risk to the infrastructure and business services.
- Communicate with change implementers and management to ensure timely resolution of change problems.
- Perform training as assigned for new hires on all teams and refresher training as needed.
- Participate in the documentation of work instructions and SOPs to ensure the proper level of delivery.
- Participate in the review and update of SOPs and work instructions as assigned.
- Seek and suggest efficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members of the technical teams and their leaders to ensure good communication at all levels.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in an IT technical, ITIL Service Management, or IT operations role.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a change management role.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is [$41,000 – $96,100]. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
