Job Description
An important part of the Global Operations & Business Transformation team, the Change Manager, Tag Integration shapes and guides change strategies for operational integration activities related to dentsu’s recent acquisition of Tag at a regional and market level. The Change Manager, Tag Integration will oversee and manage a portfolio of integration-related change projects to ensure the focus remains on people, minimizing business impacts, and coaching business leads to set them up for success throughout the integration process. The role’s main responsibility will be to ensure that an acquired business, process or organizational changes and impacts are identified, strategized, and executed to help achieve dentsu’s commercial goals.
You will report into the VP, Global Operations Program Management, Tag Integration and the Global Operations and Business Transformation team. You will create change plans to drive the execution of current integration work streams relevant to the integration of Tag. You will also work with the broader integration Change Team, HR, Marketing and Communications, Production, Client Management, and Creative teams to deliver a positive employee experience. This role is open to remote candidates. Some of your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications
- 5+ years of Change Management & Strategy experience at an integrated agency or relevant environment
- Experience undertaking change management within the M&A life cycle, brand closure and/or brand integration operating environment
- Knowledge of the end-to-end change process, using a range of tools and methodologies.
- Experience conducting and delivering change activities including: Change impact assessments, Change readiness assessments, Stakeholder engagement, Training planning and training material creation and delivery, Adoption and benefit realization approach and tracking
- Expertise in leading and delivering a range of different change types (e.g. culture, operating model re-design, technology, process, behavioral-based change)
- Strong and relevant track record of operating within large, matrixed global organizations, can collaborate with multiple levels of business and functional leaders to guide appropriate solutions
- Demonstrate capacity to understand dynamics of multi-discipline teams and resolve team-related issues that could affect deliverables
- Proficient in Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), SharePoint, and PM Tools (i.e. SmartSheets/Gantt)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Prosci certification preferred
Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $78,000-$126,500. Salary is based on a range of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
