LiRo is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Chief Construction Inspector for a high-profile $200M project in lower Manhattan. This is an
on-site position.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate work of multiple contractors
- Oversight and inspection of work for compliance with plans, codes, standards as well as for compliance with schedules and deadlines
- Work with the project team on ensuring quality and safety on the job site
- Provide regular status reports to senior management team
- Manage and oversee inspection staff
Qualifications
- Deep foundation installation, earthwork and heavy civil/utility relocation experience required
- 10+ years of relevant experience required as well
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
