Description
As a Children’s Autism Associate at Balance Autism, you are responsible for helping children diagnosed with autism learn new skills and achieve greater independence through data-driven therapy.
This position is perfect for college students and para educators looking for supplemental experience or careers!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for assisting children in home and community environments with plan development being the focus
- Support the health, safety and emotional well-being of children with autism
- Electronically document the services and supports provided

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- 18 years or older
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Driver’s license and auto insurance
- Passpre-employmentmotor vehicle reportand criminal background checks
Part Time Hours (10-20 per week):
Autism Associate will be working 2-3 hour shifts at a time with a flexible schedule with the possibility of additional hoursin the summer months.
- Monday – Friday: 3:00pm-8:00pm(2-3 hour shifts at a time)
- Saturday and Sunday: 8:00am-8:00pm (2-3 hour shifts at a time)
