Description
Responsibilities:
- Camera Classes (Studio, Acting For Camera, Integrated)
- Cinematography and Camera Operator
- Lighting
- set up and design
- Audio Supervision
- Set up video cart for educational student viewing while filming
- Log, upload, and distribute classroom footage
- Work in collaboration with acting faculty to teach and correct technical techniques for the students
- Supervise distribution for props and set dressing from AV stock
- 4th Semester Film projects
- Cinematography and Camera Operator
- Location sound mixing
- Graduation Performance and Workshop Filming
- Camera Operator
- Slate/Camera Log
- Coordinate with Audio Engineer all sound needs
- Other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience with narrative cinematography.
Familiarity with Interchangeable Lens Cameras and their operation.
Familiarity with basic lighting setup and design for film/video.
Experience with basic location sound such as lavalier microphones, boom microphones, and portable digital recorder (Zoom H6 or similar).
Experience with videography/cinematography of live events.
Microsoft Office and Google Suite Familiarity
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Canon C200, C300 or any of the Canon Cinema EOS line
Experience working as part of a multi-camera team
At least 1 year experience working in a higher education classroom setting.
Average hours worked: 20-29 hours a week
Pay Range – $20-$25
