As a Cinnabon Shift Lead – which may include baking, coffee preparation, customer service, – your primary responsibility is to provide every guest with a great experience by:
- Creating and packaging delicious menu items
- Trying to beat your best record, every time.
- Being proactive (If you’re not busy now, you may be in 5 minutes!)
- Continuously communicating with team to help motivate.
- Being a menu genius and helping customers navigate all customizable combinations.

Cinnabon offers a family-oriented and fast-paced work environment built on communication and mutual respect. You will be serving customers through a variety of positions including learning how to prep and bake our various Cinnabon products, cash-handling, cleaning and operating the point-of-sale system.
