The Citation Resolution Team Representative is responsible for handling escalated customer service inquires on citations for Enterprise, Alamo and National. Customers and groups contact the team representative via phone, email, and fax or mail correspondence. The team member researches any issue and responds directly to the group or customer to resolve.
This position will be working in Tulsa, OK with a flexible work arrangement combining home and in-office for training. Working hours will be Monday through Friday with flexible start and end times for an 8 hour workday that cover the core hours of 9:00am-3:00pm.
This position is located at 14002 E. 21st. St. Tulsa, OK 74134.

Responsibilities
- Provide support to Enterprise, Alamo, and National locations, assisting with citation questions and providing documentation in the event of a chargeback a location is disputing.
- Answer and process all incoming calls, emails, letters, and faxes.
- Contact citation issuing agencies to gather information to resolve customer issues
- Offer guidance to customers on nature of charges and determine whether or not a refund or payment for a citation should be issued.
- Monitor voicemail and return all calls in a timely manner.
- Retrieve citation documents upon request from locations, customers and/or citation issuing agencies.
- Miscellaneous clerical duties.

Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in a fast paced call center environment handling customer service and basic data entry functions.
- 1+years’ experience in administrative support functions
- 6 months to 1 year of Citations experience preferred
- Apart from religious observations, must be able to work Monday-Friday 40 hours/ work week
- Must be willing to accept starting pay of $15.58/hour.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- For flexible or work from home positions, reliable high speed Internet connection and dedicated work space are required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities-
- Outstanding written and verbal customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to operate standard office machines.
- Strong alpha/numeric data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Previous call center experience required.
