Qualifications
- Understanding of principles and practices of civil engineering, and the approval and permitting process for civil projects.
- Experience with drafting boundary and topographic surveys, pipe networks, parcels, and subdivisions.
- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers drafting experience is a plus.
- Ability to follow project schedules and budgets.
- Experience using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
The estimated starting base salary for this role is $20.00-$35.00.

Your Day to Day:
- Work in conjunction with engineer on the preliminary design of site, grading, water/wastewater layout, storm sewer layout
- Assist in the preparation of improvement plans, specifications, supporting documents, and permit applications for subdivisions, commercial developments, multifamily developments, and public works projects.
- Performs plan drafting using AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
