Responsibilities
Peraton in Albuquerque, New Mexico is seeking a cleared/certified Program Manager to work on-site to join our Cyber Mission Sector’s Defensive Cyber division.
Responsibilities:
- Provides program and task management for a major information technology contract effort
- Direct supervision of a staff of ~12 – 15 direct reports
- Single point of contact for all technical and administrative interfaces relating to the definition and accomplishment of the work contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
- Responsible for the contract team’s overall responsiveness, cost control, reporting, adherence to schedule, and ability to adapt to schedule changes as well as for cooperative behavior, data management, and technical quality of work.
- The PM serves as a working PM responsible for managing development projects, having extensive software development background, managerial experience, and IT knowledge, experience, and certifications.
- The PM serves as the primary liaison between government (AF/A2-FSO Management, Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer’s Representatives, and the Contractor’s company).
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline with a minimum of 15 years’ related experience required. May consider a Masters with 8-10 years’ of experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements as either project lead, integrated program team or cost account manager
- Must have previous Government contract experience and a demonstrated record of supervisory and managerial skills
- Resume must include extensive knowledge in the Information Technology (IT) field in multiple facets including development, database, and system administration.
- Must possess the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Extensive project management process experience required
- Experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers and/or project management in similar industries
- Must possess an active DoD-8570 IAT Level II and IAM Level I certification (i.e. Security+ CE, CND)
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance w/ SCI required. U.S. Citizenship required

Target Salary Range
$104,000 – $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
