Job Description
About the Position:
Supporting the Sales and Inventory Team, the Clerical role communicates via Phone, Microsoft Teams, email, and face-to-face, with customers, leadership, and co-workers to accomplish reoccurring daily tasks, as well as other duties assigned. This position acts as a liaison for the Dunn Lumber location, communicating between internal departments (Yard, Sales, and Inventory) and our customers to assist in smooth transactions on the back end of our sales orders.
Qualifications

• Receiving Purchase Orders and Stock Transfers within BisTrack
• Scanning and filling paperwork, including purchase orders, and packing slips
• Calling customers for will-call pick-ups
• Notating orders correctly with the staging location and order status
• Counting tills accurately and ordering cash change
• Ordering office supplies
• Communicating with Sales, Inventory, and Yard, Corporate regarding order issues
• Other duties as assigned

This position is in a corporate office environment. The noise level of the environment is quiet, and we ask that employee’s be respectful in terms of noise level. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have competent knowledge of typing skills and general computer use abilities with emphasis on Microsoft Office programs.
