McCullough Law is seeking a full-time Client Management Assistant to join our fast-growing company and provide exceptional, elevated support to the client management relations team to ensure client goals and objectives are met. Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to Client Management Coordinators
- Assists with building client relationships by ensuring client records are timely and accurately maintained
- Assists with meeting preparation
- Consolidates and summarizes meeting notes for firm-wide use
- Ensures all deadlines are met or exceeded
- Thoroughly follows up and follows through on assignments to completion
Requirements
- 2 years of professional legal, finance, healthcare, or business experience required
- Ability to manage and execute work with outstanding organization and time-management
- Exceptional written skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- CRM experience preferred
- Must have professional appearance and demeanor
- Applicants must be available to work onsite, Monday – Friday 8:25 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
