Responsibilities:
- Develop strong and trusted relationships with clients and their advisors through timely and accurate communications
- Work directly with attorneys and the client relations management team to ensure best recommendations are made and fulfilled
- Gather client information to proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis
- Follow up and follow through on client action items
- Review documents and obtain signatures
- Maintain a comprehensive and accurate history for each client
- Build and maintain solid relationships with team members and provide effective supervision
- Coordinate heavily with other client-facing team members to ensure the client is taken care of to the firm’s elevated standard of service
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in finance, healthcare, legal, or business required
- Client management experience building relationships and providing consistent, elevated service preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Must have professional appearance and demeanor
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage work with outstanding organization and time-management
- Ability to keep exceptional notes and gather information from clients and advisors to ensure all records are complete and accurate
- Thoroughly follows task procedures and meets multiple deadlines at one time
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and implement feedback
- Proven ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- CRM experience preferred
- Applicants must be available to work onsite, Monday – Friday 8:25 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

- Pay range $52,000-65,000 per year *DOE
