Our client is seeking a Client Response Clerk to support their department. This is a contract to hire role, offering $17.50-$20 hourly, and is on a 5 day in office work schedule.
Role: Client Response Clerk
Location: Dallas, TX 75247
Hours: M-F 8-4:30PM
Pay Rate Range: $ 17.50 – $ 20 / hour
Job Duties:
- Prepare, package, and document slide/block send-outs.
- Filing and organizing of in house slides and blocks.
- Organizing and labeling all boxes of slides.
- Utilize computer to fax/print pathology reports, schedule specimen pick-ups, and enter supply orders.
- Represent the company in a courteous, professional manner using effective and proactive telephone and interpersonal skills and abilities.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to client requests as directed.
- At the direction of the department supervisor and/or department manager, coordinate and/or implement special projects.
- Maintain compliance with company and department policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee, patient, client and/or company records and issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the medical field
- Experience handling phones with both internal and external communication
