Position Summary
J. J. Keller’s fastest growing team, Managed Services, is seeking individuals to join our Client Services team. Managed Services is comprised of fleet and regulatory compliance experts who clients rely on to off-load the time consuming / complex tasks of managing driver safety and vehicle compliance. Our internal team of 400+ compliance associates perform work to ensure our clients stay up-to-date on various regulatory requirements. Given the fast growth in this department, we’ve had a successful track record of seeing associates join this team and continue to grow in their careers with the company.
As a Client Service Specialist, you will work with assigned accounts and act as the primary liaison between the customer and J. J. Keller as we work together to help our customers achieve their safety & compliance goals. Additional job duties include:
• Establish and maintain relationships with assigned clients.
• Manage client expectations and ensure their needs are met in an efficient and effective manner.
• Drive regulatory compliance with our clients to ensure they are improving their safety scores.
• Ensure company and client-specific processes and procedures are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client information and documentation is received and accurate.
These roles require you to work onsite during the onboarding period; after completion of onboarding there is flexibility to work from home some days of the week.

The Skills and Background We’re Seeking
• 3 years of total office experience with 1+ year of client services experience in a professional services environment.
• Post-secondary education in a business-related field preferred.
• In lieu of degree or experience, would consider a combination of education and related office experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word with intermediate Excel skills required.
• Strong organizational, problem solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Physical Requirements
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to offsite offices, customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required, depending on assignment.
