About the Role:

TTG is seeking a Client Services Director to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships, has an extensive and rich understanding of the Broadway and theatre landscape, and is entrenched in industry trends when it comes to digital media.

In this role of Client Services Director, Digital Media, you will liaise between our select group of performing arts/experience clients and the internal partners at TTG as you execute the strategy and vision for the clients’ digital media projects. You will be the primary point of contact for our partners, making sure that their goals are met while also managing the cross-functional deliverables, timelines, and communication. You are an expert at budget and resource management, and can skillfully balance the needs of our clients while meeting the demands of our business.

Please note: This is a full time position and qualified candidates must be based in the New York City area, as this is a hybrid position (working both from home and in the office). Expected time in the office is 1 – 2 days a week.

What You’ll Do:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for a select group of performing arts and experience clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met
    • Craft and manage budgets for campaigns to optimize resource allocation
    • Prepare and manage client presentations, effectively conveying campaign strategies and results
    • Execute the vision of the Campaign strategy and connect the dots between the Media, Marketing, and business efforts with the clients, including timelines, objectives, and deliverables
    • Manage cross-platform media strategies executed in-house
    • Serve as the voice of the client for the internal team(s), relaying core concerns, inspiring new opportunities, and marrying their ideas with the approach laid out by the Strategy and Media teams
    • Collaborate with our partners’ other external agencies and specialists to ensure our team’s vision is realized across all efforts to promote client events
    • Manage team members across client services and project management to ensure timely delivery of all needs
    • Contribute to the company’s commercial and business objectives, promoting the work we do to clients and new business prospects

We’re Looking for Someone With:

    • Minimum of 7 years in senior advertising or marketing roles, particularly within the Theatre and Performing Arts industry
    • Demonstrated expertise in cross-platform advertising campaigns, with a preference for prior experience in an advertising agency
    • A commitment to developing strategic, innovative, and effective integrated campaigns for clients
    • Proven ability to lead and inspire clients, colleagues and direct reports, fostering the delivery of exceptional work
    • A collaborative approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting
    • Proficiency in digital media tools, showcasing your expertise in this area
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Digital Media, and social platforms. Project management experience with Monday.com a plug

$130,000 – $155,000 a year

Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually.

We aim to be as transparent, equitable, and fair as possible. Qualified candidates and our Talent Acquisition team will discuss salary and benefits in the initial conversation, and final salary will be determined after candidates complete the interview process. We expect that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at TTG fall healthily throughout the range based on the above factors.
