Plan Automation Senior Representative (CSU Team)

Summary

The Client Setup Analyst (CSU) Plan Automation Senior Representative (PASR) is primarily responsible for system configuration for new and existing clients in all CSU systems. It is the CSU PASR’s responsibility to ensure the systems are configured accurately in a way that matches the documentation that they receive from the CSU Analyst/Specialist. The CSU PASR will ensure that all setups are completed in a timely fashion by utilizing internal tracking tools to manage their workload. The CSU PASR will also assist with project initiatives as directed by their management team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for establishing client accounts within applicable administrative systems for all lines of business
  • Exhibit strong working knowledge of CSU systems
  • Perform high quality analysis of system set-up requests
  • Demonstrates the ability to provide effective feedback to their peers whether they are on their team or a business partner on another team
  • Timely completion of all required deadlines within established goals; properly communicate and document any known delays
  • Effectively display detail-orientation and problem-solving skills to assist internal business partners with problem resolution
  • Support special projects as assigned by manager
  • Effectively communicate (verbal and written) with internal/external business partners

Qualifications

  • High school graduate; College graduate preferred; equivalent combination of education and business related experience
  • Mastery of written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate required
  • High degree of technical expertise with Microsoft Suite of products (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and set priorities to achieve goals
  • Desire to work in a team environment; Customer service-oriented
  • Exceptional organizational skills

Salary range: $37,500-$57,500
