Job Description
Curinos is seeking a Client Strategy Specialist to help their clients leverage their customers and prospect analytics to support user cases across the customer lifecycle. In this role, you will be the clients’ champion, supporting the sales process proposal stage by building and structuring documentation according to their business problems and applying subject matter expertise on how to practically address their needs. Please note: This is a remote role.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Build impactful client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for the analyst team, including leading client calls and in person meetings
- Develop processes to streamline communications for relationship management, renewals, and additional project work
- Become the expert in the digital platform subscription products, understanding important features and deliverables and tailor communications and collateral based on a range of different sized clients
- Gain an understanding of your clients’ strategies key business problems and help solve them
- Engage with multiple internal and client stakeholders to advance their knowledge of our digital products
- Use existing data sources to help answer sales-based questions to support bids and proposals
- Identify issues or opportunities for our clients, develop hypotheses, and engage in solutions brainstorming
- Partner closely with the sales and operational colleagues to deliver proposals and responses to client briefs and sales campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Retail Banking, Consulting, Financial Services, and/or Business Intelligence (experience in Retail or Commercial Deposits is a bonus)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required
- Proven track record of producing and delivering detailed, time-sensitive deliverables to clients and colleagues across multiple workstreams
- Strong understanding of user experience, banking apps, and digital transformation preferred
- Passion for the details and finding the best answer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a particular focus on effective practical application of building collateral, PowerPoint decks, and direct client communication
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings; can range depending on engagement but will most likely be ~10%
Base Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 plus Bonus
