THE OPPORTUNITY AT HAND
The Clinical application support will use their knowledge from other roles within the organization to provide level 1 and 2 support and build upon that knowledge. Candidate will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues users may be experiencing within the enterprise applications including: Nextgen and other EMR systems. This is a great role for somebody working in a clinic that wants to expand the use of their knowledge. If you are familiar with the NextGen suite of products, and have knowledge of patient flow, this could be a great role for you!
OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU
- Focus on providing support throughout the organization with EMR systems related issues/ questions/ concerns
- Expected to work on technology related projects with other members of the IT department
- Travel to OCLI Vision locations as needed
- Troubleshoot Nextgen suite of application related issues; maintain task groups in EHR, Nextgen pharmacy list, unmatched refills, merging and correction of Harmony charts/isolated patients, as well as assist with installation/configuration of new software applications
- Assist with software upgrades, assisting in beta and regression testing of various software applications. Will participate in technology committee meetings
