Amazon Clinic is looking for a Clinical Experience Manager to drive our condition expansion strategy and clinical experience improvements. The Clinical Experience Manager will be a strategic partner in driving business growth by identifying new condition expansion opportunities and informing product feature roadmaps to reach customers. This role is cross-functional, working closely with product, design, and business teams within Clinic, the larger healthcare organization, as well as with our 3P provider groups. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working effectively in a deadline-driven work environment.
We are looking for a self-driven and customer-obsessed leader who can influence our clinical experience, help develop compelling experiences, communicate clearly and with data, and prioritize effectively. As the Clinical Experience Manager for Amazon Clinic, you will be responsible for driving a best in class customer experience by (1) shaping the condition expansion strategy, (2) developing a clinical quality program, (3) and diving deep into our clinical data to identify opportunities to improve the clinical experience for our customers and recommend short and long-term strategic initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
* Create, communicate, and implement the vision for our condition expansion strategy.
* Innovate on healthcare experiences on behalf of our customers.
* Work with product, design, and engineering teams to define new clinical customer experiences.
* Design and maintain a new quality measurement program to maintain the clinical safety of our customers.
* Engage with our healthcare partners to collaborate on new conditions, identify improvement areas across our clinical quality and experience.
* Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus clinical safety standards.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- MD or NP, board certified in field such as internal medicine, emergency medicine, family medicine, dermatology
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare with experience with emerging technology or services models
- 2+ years of experience developing consumer healthcare products or services
- 2+ years of experience owning or influencing product roadmap strategy and definition
- Strong medical and health care delivery system knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills – ability to interface with all levels of the organization and influence business leaders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience at a tech-enabled healthcare services start-up
- Experience analyzing data and presenting findings to executive leadership
- Experience managing client relationships
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy of discretion through ambiguous circumstances
- Experience with quality improvement mechanisms
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changes quickly while meeting deadlines

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
