Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY: Safely operate the assigned section(s) of the Coater Machine to efficiently produce specialty tapes for use in transportation, energy, and medical applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Strictly adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
  2. Must be able to operate and set up the Coater without supervision.
  3. Understands and follows the MOP’s for each job.
  4. Makes sure all static and environmental related issues are in place and in order.
  5. Adhere to all specifications and schedules.

Base Pay Rate – $21/hour

Currently seeking – DAY SHIFT 7am-7pm

Set Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday
  • OT is Mandatory as required

Qualifications

  1. The Coater Operator should have the ability to communicate in English and preferably have a high school diploma.
  2. Schedules may be adjusted based on the business needs.
  3. The general physical requirements are standing and walking on concrete at least 8 hours per day. Some lifting, climbing, pushing and pulling is also required.
  4. Protective equipment such as safety shoes are required 100% of the time, and other protective equipment is required as necessary. All safety equipment is provided.
  5. The use of small hand tools may be required on occasion.
  6. The job also requires the ability to drive a forklift.
