Building a Business to Scale:

In 2022 Workforce Software continued to add significant enterprise leading customers such as UPS, Microsoft and QuikTrip consistently growing our recurring revenue and maintaining our leadership position in our space. In 2023 we are targeting several other large enterprise customers as we leverage a unique opportunity to take away share from our largest competitor. To meet the growing demands of a rapidly growing technology business we are seeking to enhance our order to cash functions. We are seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to partner with our Dir. Revenue Accounting and Operations to accelerate our collections.

Responsibilities

  • Be the CEO of your area. We pride ourselves on a culture where each individual can have the autonomy to drive the success of their area. We are looking for self-motivated team players that strive to help leadership make better financial decisions based on the quality of the data and insights you will present.
  • Manage and maintain the AR activities for assigned account portfolio.
  • Identify customer disputes, short payments, and route them to the appropriate person or internal departments for resolution/payment.
  • Prioritize collections efforts, effectively multi-task, and manage all customer communications AR related.
  • Work with management to build and maintain SLA’s regarding timely payments and collections timelines.
  • Perform account reconciliations (including credit application, resolving cash application issues, etc.) of outstanding balances on customer accounts.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers for timely payments.
  • Escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Create documents for processing credit memos, debit memos and adjustments.
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as collection specialist or equivalent
  • Experience using NetSuite and Salesforce
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented; a problem solver with strong teamwork skills and a strong desire to drive change
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration and consultative skills. Inquisitive and positive mindset in approaching complex problems
  • Understanding of order to cash process and basic accounting procedures

  • High School diploma required (B.A./B.S. of Associates a plus)
