Position Description:
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Collibra Developer/Data Governance Lead to join our team. In this role, you will make an impact by providing expertise and thought leadership to project stakeholders, on best practices and the formalization of a data governance program.
Location preference for this work is Miramar, FL.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Provide Collibra implementation best practice guidance and data governance services and expertise using Collibra suite of tools
• Develop and implement workflows within Collibra.
• Gather requirements and implement KPIs within Collibra
• Lead the implementation of Collibra suite of tools in support of enterprise and project-specific Data Governance initiatives
• Design and implement Technical Lineage Harvester/Metadata ingestion starting with DataBricks/Unity sources
• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise metadata standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure quality metadata and support for ongoing data governance.
• Design, develop, test and deploy data governance solutions including creation of data dictionary, business glossary, metadata ingestion, data lineage, and data quality frameworks definitions meeting customers’ requirements.
• Support customers in capturing and documenting data governance requirements, including data quality rules as well as data privacy/security rules and processes.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $84,000 – $209,200.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
7+ years of experience in data management working with various Data management technologies and data governance solutions (Data Catalog, MDM and Data Quality)
• Required to have successfully completed the Collibra Solutions Architect certification
• Must have 3+ years of hands-on technical experience implementing and using Collibra suite of tools (Governance, Catalog, etc.) to search metadata, establish data lineage, capture profiling statistics, build data quality scorecards, find relationships and similarities between data assets, and maintain business and technical glossaries.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
• Collibra Ranger Certification (Implementation) is preferred
• Familiarity with Informatica PowerCenter, Teradata, Cognos, Tableau, SAS from metadata perspective, a big plus.

Architect/Developer:
Provide Collibra implementation best practice guidance to RCL to drive prioritization of work.
Design and implement Technical Lineage Harvester/Metadata ingestion starting with the Data Bricks/Unity sources, focused on the Consumer domain.
Design and implement an Operating Model and Asset models for the Consumer domain.
Develop and implement workflows within Collibra.
Gather requirements and implement KPIs within Collibra
Define data quality scope, develop QA and related measures.
Support RCL with any other activities related to configuring and operationalizing the RCL Data Governance Collibra program.
