Job Purpose and Impact
The Commercial Capital Project Leader, as a subject matter authority, will independently oversee and handle the Commercial l aspects of ongoing and future projects, serving as liaison among project management and planning, build project team and line management. In this role, you will provide strategic vision, reviewing the project proposal to resolve time frame, funding limitations and procedures for accomplishing the project. You will support and manage the commercial aspects of the project outside of the build project team.
Key Accountabilities
- Independently identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
- Adhere to internal and external quality standards.
- Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
- Independently support project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and resolve resource requirements.
- Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
- Provide input into the priorities for all capital projects.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Build Projects and the PDP (Project Delivery Process)
- Broad experiences in trading, financial analysis, customers & operations

Additional Information
- Compensation
- The expected salary for this position is $145K – $165K. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
