Overview
This role manages the Commercial Strategy for the Gatorade portfolio at our largest customer, Walmart. They will be the voice of the Walmart team to the BU and the voice of the BU to the Walmart internal cross-functional team and customer.
Responsibilities
- Deliver AOP: Leverage BU AOP strategy to deliver Volume, NOPBT, Share & Net Revenue Plans for Walmart. Drive understanding of Gatorade Portfolio mission, vision & objectives among Walmart Home Office and Field teams.
- Manage the G portfolio strategy across DSD and WHD Go-to-Markets, inclusive of Gatorade, Propel, Life Wtr, Aquafina, Fast Twitch, and Muscle Milk.
- Own the G A&M budget strategy investment to drive execution and share in collaboration with Walmart Sales & Shopper Marketing teams
- Plan and help execute all G BU Brand shopper and consumer programs execution ensuring BU alignment across key elements
- Partner with the GBU Brand Design and Walmart Shopper Marketing teams on all customer-specific POS requests
- Own the Wave Planning process /Perm Merch as it pertains to Walmart
- Own the Ticket asset requests process and sports asset integration into Walmart shopper and consumer programs
- Act as the Walmart GBU business tracking expert using IRI, ERT, Luminate, and customer data
- Identify and help problem solve G Customer execution opportunities
- Collaborate with GBU Supply Planning to communicate the GBU Supply Outlook to key cross functional partners including the Walmart Sales team
- Support Customer manager sell-in process: Calendars, Line Reviews, Innovation, JBP
- Support Customer manager internal presentations: AOP, PORs, QBP, Share Calls
- Support GP2DSD transformation processes and help course correct issues
- Support GBU Commercial Planning team with key customer team input throughout the innovation process.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 – $165,150
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out Annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
- Leadership, interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate, communicate and influence in a matrix environment
- The ability to work well in a team environment and manage cross-functional relationships and projects
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and meet multiple deadlines.
- Demonstrated time management and detail orientation
- Strong Strategic thinking, financial literacy and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
- Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and a strong drive for results
- Exceptional in Excel, PowerPoint and ability to analyze reports: IRI, ERT, Essbase
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- DSD experience preferred
- Customer Relationship building experience and history is preferred.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
