Our Global Commercial team is hiring for our Summer 2024 Intern Cohort.
The Global Commercial team builds meaningful relationships with hundreds of millions of players around the world who love our games. We design and execute unparalleled commercial experiences for our players by building joined-up player journeys with our partners in an increasingly dynamic and diverse global landscape.

We are looking for candidates across every team in our Commercial Organization, including:
- Franchise Commercial Management — EA Sports & EA Games
- Global Commercial Partner Management — Playstation, Xbox, PC, and Subscriptions
- Global Commercial Operations
- Commercial Intelligence & Forecasting
- Commercial Ventures & Testing Lab
You are:
- A self-starter, hard working, a good communicator, and 100% a team player
- Constantly learning, finding the balance between data and intuition
- Collaborative, have extensive experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, and are excited to work across organizations to drive impact
- Experienced in consulting or other strategy projects / roles (i.e. professional, extra-curricular, or academic)
Requirements
Must be available for a full-time 12-week paid internship in the summer of 2024 (May – September depending on start date). We are only considering students who will be enrolled in an accredited degree program in the summer of 2024, slated to graduate no earlier than December 2024 through June 2026.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US or Canada on a full time basis during the 12-week internship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a BA, BS, MS, or MBA program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent project management knowledge

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The hourly pay ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the hourly pay range for your specific location.
EA has listed the hourly pay ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, degree type (e.g. Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD), what stage you are in your degree journey (i.e. freshman, sophomore, etc.), qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
HOURLY PAY RANGES

The hourly pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including 80 hours per year of sick time (prorated based on scheduled hours per week if less than full-time), 16 paid company holidays per year, medical insurance, and 401(k). Interns in California are also eligible for Voluntary Disability Insurance.
