Communications Specialist – MarketingPay and Benefits:

Communications Specialist – MarketingResponsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring timely, creative, and accurate dissemination of news, multimedia content, and information
- Create a variety of content for platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy, and effective storytelling that aligns with corporate messaging
- Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
- Work closely with the Client’s Product corporate sales team to write and finalize monthly and annual press releases.Manage a dynamic portfolio of communications, target audiences, and channels to support awareness and engagement of critical business impacts; use available data to refine comms plans and campaigns.

- Partner with the Director of Business Strategy communications to identify key messages, initiatives, and programs that need additional communication support to raise awareness of business impact with key internal communities.
- Write content and contribute to broader views for the field audience SharePoint, executive updates, field engagement, community newsletters, Teams, and various Viva applications.
- Update the CE&S editorial calendar aligned to the integrated communications objectives on a weekly basis.
- Execute communication plans – craft, curate, and collate content and publish according to the editorial calendar.
- Project management of content development and curation to final delivery and measurement
- Measure the impact of communication, report, and refine the approach as appropriate.
- Analyze feedback from the business and adjust communications as appropriate.
Communications Specialist – MarketingQualifications:
- 10+ related experience required
- 8+ years of tech industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred.
- Understanding of SharePoint site structures, how various libraries work, permissions for sites/pages/libraries, creating new pages, etc.
- Microsoft Teams for collaboration
- Viva Amplify and/or Viva Engage – experience with these much preferred
- PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, and Outlook
- Business communication writing/editing
- Storytelling as a critical component of your writing skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management
- Ability to open minds through creative communication to help increase employee engagement through new channels, and styles, and challenging the “ordinary”
- Cross-Group Collaboration: working with key stakeholders both across Customer Experience & Success (CE&S), and MCAPS comms leads will be a key to your success.
