Community Based Health Center Senior Director – Norwood
In this vital role, the Community Based Health Center Senior Director is responsible for integration of all CBHC components, including CBHC (previously outpatient services) component, Youth and Adult Mobile Crisis Intervention, and Community Crisis Stabilization. The Senior Director will be the key community liaison between the programs and the community, including with key stakeholders. One of the most important roles of the Senior Director is to hold and promote the vision and mission of integrated care and CBHC service delivery between and within the components of the program.
The Senior Director will:
- ensure that the mission and vision of the CBHC drives the manner in which provide care in an interdisciplinary setting
- develop policies, procedures and workflows between and within CBHC components
- oversee quality management activities, including the use of data and analytics to inform continuous quality improvement initiatives
- collaborate closely with the Director of Nurses, the MCI/CCS Senior Director, and the other CBHC Senior Director
Salary: $100,000/year

Required Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required
- Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required
- Strong (immediate to advanced) skills in the utilization of technologies (i.e., word, excel, Outlook Calendar etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to establish agendas, lead meetings and bring parties to consensus
Required Experience
- Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health discipline and independent clinical licensure required.
- Seven or more years director level manager/supervisor or administrative experience in a similar mental health setting required
- Ten years clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting required.
- Experience/knowledge around Emergency Services and/or Urgent Care
