Job Title: Community Marketing Specialist **Inland Empire**
Department: Marketing – Alpha Care
About the role:

Employee will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies for growth and retention throughout the Inland Empire including but not limited to planning community marketing events, broker orientations, member outreach, and retention. Collaborate with health plan representatives, local insurance brokers, to reach community members where they are. Subject matter expert for all Alpha Care partners.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with a variety of internal and external partners to develop and execute marketing strategies for branding, membership growth and retention.
  • Manage tracking reports and logistics for marketing events.
  • Work with Provider Relations team to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct New Member Orientations.
  • Established close relationships insurance brokers, health plans and community resource providers.
  • Provide education to members, health plans, insurance brokers and other community resource providers regarding Alpha Care Medical Group.
  • Develop marketing content for external use. Newsletter, social media, flyer content, etc.
  • Able to communicate effectively using varied communication tools.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and one to two years related in healthcare.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is located at 9700 Flair Dr., El Monte, CA 91731.
  • The total compensation target pay range for this role is between $64,480.00 – $75,000.00. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
