The Complex Information Technology & Audio Visual Manager is responsible for ensuring all technology & systems at two unique properties (Los Angeles Athletic Club and The Aster) are working properly, as well as coordinating with vendors and IT partners to ensure quality and timely technical support. Overall responsibilities include project management, vendor management, oversight of upgrade, renovation and related IT budgets, general technical support and other technical tasks and functions. Additionally, this position will manage hardware and software tied to all built in digital displays, manage hardware and software for all house music and manage hardware and video source for all built in television systems projection or tv based.
This individual will be responsible keeping all stakeholders within the Club, as well as key vendors, corporate and ownership, up to date as it relates to systems and various IT projects.
Complex Information Technology & Audio Visual Manager is responsible for assisting with the deployment of all new Club systems/platforms during installation, maintaining current systems, upgrading future systems, maintaining inventories, conducting on-site training to promote efficient operations and answer questions to avoid or resolve systems-related problems, establish policies and procedures, purchase operating equipment, budgeting computer related items, and maintain relationships with corporate office and the corporate Crescent Technology team.
Successful candidates will have strong leadership, professionalism, interpersonal and communication skills and a minimum of three years of hospitality IT experience. Additionally, this individual will need to be an outstanding task/project manager.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in the same or similar positions in IT and/or AV capacity
- Open weekday availability and ability to work weekends when necessary
- Experience in dealing with multiple Club associates, corporate associates, IT vendors/partnership, as well as ownership
- Proficient in task/project management, including project management tools
- Ability to travel as needed between both locations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Pay Range: Salary $100,000.00 Annually
