Description
Under the direction of the Compliance Manager, perform a variety of analytical and specialized duties in support of the Morongo Tribal TANF Program (MTTP); serve as a technical resource to management regarding department software and database, as assigned; assist with program compliance monitoring and data integrity by developing comprehensive research and reports.
Requirements
- Conduct studies of operational and programmatic activities such as work flow, operating procedures, demographics, participation, project outcomes, service delivery, and TANF benefits and support services; develop reports and recommendations for appropriate action based on the analysis of collected data.
- Monitor and analyze program activities and benefits for compliance, financial effectiveness, operational efficiency, and capacity to meet participant needs; respond to administrative input concerning organizational needs and desired outcomes; develop Crystal Reports, Excel spreadsheets, and other methods of collecting and presenting data.
- Serve as a technical resource to management and support staff in evaluating Tribal Assistance System (TAS) database and related information; assist with maintaining the accuracy and completeness of information input into program database; respond to inquiries and requests to resolve data issues; analyze data to ensure department compliance standards.
- A minimum of five (5) years experience in data analysis or related field and a Bachelor’s Degree are required.
- Experience in a compliance role within a social services agency or grant-funded program preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages preferred
- Experience working with a database management system and SQL (prefer Crystal Reports)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Standard (creating forms, JavaScript)
- Previous compliance experience (auditing data, creating narrative reports, detail orientated, etc.)
