Compliance Program Manager, Legal – Business Conduct & Ethics

Amazon’s Legal Department is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join the global Business Conduct & Ethics team. As a program manager, you will manage and support the program and processes for global reports and investigations of potential violations of the Code of Conduct and Ethics, including management of the company-wide Ethics Line program. You will collaborate and partner with attorneys, human resources professionals, technical teams, investigative teams, and other internal businesses and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have strong prior work experience, a flexible attitude, great organizational skills, and be highly collaborative. The ideal candidate will be a strong written and verbal communicator, with great attention to detail, and should be able to work efficiently and independently in a constantly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment. You will possess the ability to manage high volumes of tasks, projects, and data with little guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround; balance legal, customer, and business needs versus technical constraints; take effective action without needing to know the total picture; and think creatively and proactively in solving problems that affect people within the group, other related groups, or external stakeholders. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company, is essential.

Key job responsibilities
