Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred; or completion of a related industry certification.
- One year experience in a position with functions similar to those described below
- Experienced in diagnosis and repair of personal computing equipment and peripherals
- Strong working knowledge of PC and LAN software including Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suite as well as IBM Client Access connectivity
- Knowledge of Network Operating Systems and Directory Services administration
- Ability to communicate and collaborate well in a team environment
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the board may find appropriate and acceptable

Administrative Support Grade C21Salary Scale (credit is based on years of full-time experience in a related position)
