Dubak Electrical Group has an opening for a Construction Management Intern at our Sioux Center, Iowa office. This intern will learn about the electrical construction industry, primarily from a pre-construction aspect. This individual will learn the basics about electrical estimating over a 8-week summer program. Ideally, the intern would be a junior or senior in college with aspirations to learn and grow into an Associate Estimator position upon graduation.

Our mentoring methodology and professional guidance will allow you to see firsthand, the day to day activities and responsibilities of an Associate Estimator. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- An interest to learn about the electrical construction industry
- Be a quick learner
- Must be a self-starter and take self-development initiatives
- Ability to work well with the Pre-construction team
- Have good listening skills and be able to follow directions
- Proficiency with technology (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Be curious and ask thought out questions
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a Construction Management program or within a related field
- Junior or Senior in College
- Minimum GPA of 3.2
- Have solid math aptitude skills
- Be a good communicator with your verbal and written skills
- Interested in developing a career within the construction industry
