Construction Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects, while also working as a Carpenter on each project. The Project Manager must have a proven track record of excellent customer service.

Overall Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Complete jobs on schedule and within budget
  • Job-site Supervision, safety and cleanliness
  • Supervision and scheduling of trades
  • Material Take off and orders
  • General demolition, carpentry, MEP (overall trade work where the project or scope is too small for a trade to handle).
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly Responsibilities:
  • Trade and Material Scheduling
  • Job Supervision
  • Quality Control and Job Safety
  • Client Communication (formal and Informal)
  • Equipment Management

Project Manager Requirements:

  • Plan reading
  • Communication Skills
  • Planning Skills
  • Site construction skills
  • High degree of construction / remodeling knowledge from footings to completion.
  • Basic code knowledge
  • Ability to direct, lead and manage others

Project Manager Pay:

  • $75,000-$85,000 annual base
