Our Design Unit is seeking an experienced and collaborative Construction Project Manager based out of ourclient’s site in Albany, NY. The main scope of this role will be to coordinate and supervise complex architectural projects for new and rehabilitation building plans and design. You’ll also supervise, and review specifications and drawings as submitted by the Architectural Assistant Project Managers and design personnel. As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll continue to oversee projects using established controls/procedures and provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers and any critical issues pertinent to the project or the client’s facility and have a full working knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor’s payment application. Your ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

• 8+ years’ experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects with 4+ years of that experience as an Assistant Project Manager responsible for large-scale projects valued above $10 million
• Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, and project delivery methods
• Proficient with web-based submittal collaboration systems and project scheduling software
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification
• OSHA 30 Certification

The base salary range for this position is $50,960 to $104,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
