Construction Site Field & Office Support
Innova Solutions is hiring for a temporary Construction Site Field & Office Support for our client onsite in Amsterdam NY.
- This job is a 4-6 month contract with the possibility to go longer or become a fulltime employee
- Job is 100% onsite in Amsterdam NY
- Work hours are Monday – Friday (Some Saturdays) 7AM to 6PM
- Pay is $25-50/hour, with overtime eligibility. $1,000 completion bonus will be issued at the end of the 6 month period.
- Engineering, construction or construction scheduling experience required .
- Material ordering, receiving, quantity tracking/inspecting and payroll are preferred .
- Ability to work outside for several hours of the day is required . This will include counting installed quantities of work, marking as-built construction drawings, verifying work completed to update job schedules
Scope of Work:
- 60% OUTDOORS in the field with material ordering, receiving, inspecting etc.
- 40% IN THE OFFICE receiving packages, inspecting materials, organizing, updating Excel sheets, ordering office supplies, printing payroll checks, etc.

- Purchasing/Writing Purchase Orders
- Staff Expenses
- Travel Booking
- Vehicle Maintenance Scheduling
- Payroll check printing
- Document Control – timesheets, Excel, Word
- Advanced MS Excel – required
- Meeting Minutes – note taking
- Data Entry – updates, changing out a printer
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $25-50/hour, $1,000 completion bonus will be issued at the end of the 6 month period based on hours completed.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
