Consulting Risk Content Marketing (Americas Consulting) – Assistant Director Level
The opportunity
Employing a digital-first mindset, you’ll develop content for Chief Risk Officers (CRO) that aligns to the Consulting practice’s strategic goals and revenue plan. You’ll develop insights that challenge CRO’s thinking with a focus on their business implications. You’ll work agilely with enabling teams to develop go-to-market programs aligned around key audience issues and leverage clear, data-based metrics to optimize audience reach.
Your key responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for creating thought-provoking content and planning and executing end-to-end demand generation programs for Risk buyers.
Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with senior level subject matter experts to create impactful content, including thought leadership, that aligns to the business’ goals
- Creating innovative content that can be used in marketing campaigns to drive MQLs and pipeline while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at each stage of the marketing funnel
- Managing the distribution of content, externally and internally, across appropriate channels
- Proactively engaging appropriate BMC specialty groups to help complete program deliverables.
- Teaming with appropriate service line, buyer, sector, and alliance marketing partners to ……
- Aligning with global marketing teams to inform and activate global campaigns in the Americas
- Adhering to EY independence, procurement, branding, invoicing policies and guidelines
- Creating measurable impact through providing exceptional client service, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for project management
Skills and attributes for success
- Must be able to articulate complex subject matter in a straightforward, concise and easily digestible manner for broad audiences
- Strong understanding of the marketing sales funnel content strategy
- Experience creating high impact content and assets-such as thought leadership, videos, web content, infographics, advertisements, digital content, internal and external communications, and more-that optimize SEO/SEM, ABM, social and PPC strategies
- Expertise in navigating marketing channels including email, social media, content syndication programs, branding/content for EY-hosted and third party channels, events, and more
- Collaborative team player who can work across pillars of the America’s Consulting Marketing Team to develop strategic, targeted and impactful go-to-market initiatives to commercialize services and solutions
- Strong project manager to oversee complex programs
- Ability to work autonomously when necessary in a virtual work environment
What we look for in a candidate
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentations) as well as listening, interpretation and influencing skills
- Excellent project management skills, team building and interpersonal communication skills
- Poise and confidence to professionally interact with various levels of leadership
What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $98100 to $178100. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $117700 to $202400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
