Role:
We are seeking an Outbound Product Manager to support the global risk sales organization and to support cross-organizational activities. We need someone who is action-oriented and someone who can execute the Business Unit vision while supporting Sales, Marketing, Solution Consulting, Alliance and Channel, and Analyst relations. You must be able to thrive as an individual contributor as well as lead by example to other professionals in and out of the Business Unit. You will promote and integrate the value of ServiceNow Risk solutions across the entire ServiceNow organization and into our partner and customer ecosystem. You will closely partner with a cross-organizational team to craft compelling solutions and product offerings to the field.
What you get to do in this role:
- Work closely with sales, product success, customer outcomes, and product management to plan, create, and maintain customer-facing content
- Manage the creation and maintenance of product management’s release content
- Provide input to help shape future content strategy for the product or business unit you help support
- Develop a strong understanding of the ServiceNow product ecosystem and expert knowledge of the risk and ESG business
Travel:
- Less than 20% travel is expected.

Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or higher in technical writing, technical communication, English, or journalism or an equivalent combination of education and experience in these or other related fields
- Experience with one or more domains in Governance, Risk, and Compliance / Integrated Risk Management.
- Solid written and oral communication skills.
- Understanding of content development life cycles and processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent people skills to interact with all levels of customers, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and partners.
- Effective cross-functional collaborator, able to influence and drive cross-functional teams toward a goal. History of teamwork and willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done.
- Experience independently planning, creating, and delivering documentation in a fast-paced, globally distributed software development environment
- Ability and eagerness to demonstrate leadership by mentoring other team members, adapting quickly to changing priorities, and helping diverse cross-functional teams collaborate effectively to deliver exceptional results
- Ability to work hands-on, starting small and scaling up over a period of time.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and current applications portfolio is a plus.

For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $136,800 – $239,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
