Content Leader, Private Pricing Content & Adoption

Are you an inspiring leader who builds happy, high-performing teams? Can you define and drive a robust content strategy that works back from the customers and helps them succeeds? Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an energetic and growth-minded Content Leader to join the Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX) team.

In this role, you will lead a team of strategists and producers who define and build a catalog of content to educate key customer cohorts, both internal and external, about the Private Pricing Program’s mental models, tools, and processes. You and your team will define the learning journey and content strategy for each customer cohort, then deliver content (inclusive of e-modules, website content, job aids, and multimedia assets) against that strategy. You will also support program launches and updates through content that helps customer cohorts adapt to the changes. You will own both the long-term strategic thinking and short-term tactical planning, and mobilize your team through reliable and repeatable mechanisms that enable scale and drive efficiencies. You will design and launch thoughtfully, and think ahead to ensure launched content stays fresh and accurate. Through this work, you and your team will play an instrumental role in driving Private Pricing Program awareness and adoption, and increasing deal count and velocity.

The ideal candidate is energized by ambiguity, and prefers an opportunity to build vs. a turnkey role. You are customer-obsessed; you habitually work back from the customers’ needs and pain points in defining and prioritizing your work. You are focused and organized, and can orchestrate effectively even as the team juggles multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent judgment on people’s strengths and motivations, and can optimize the team accordingly. You measure success by impact (vs. size of effort), and continuously inspect both approach and output to incrementally raise the bar over time.
